Here we are, one week out from our "official" team packing party. Hard to believe after all of this time we are preparing to embark on our journey. We have seen the Lord do some amazing things over the course of the last several months:
* Bring a unique group of men and women together
* Give us vision and insight for what we will be doing while in Ukraine
* Ticket us all, well almost all, at a very reasonable rate
* Grant Josh the ability to stay on task and complete the writing of our material
* Formulate craft ideas
* Complete all the IMB requirements in a timely manner
* Oops, purchase that one remaining ticket (sorry Josh)
There is no limit to God's amazing provisions. A few things to be praying for in this final week:
* Resources, there are a handful of team members that are still needing their funds for the trip. Monday is their deadline
* Wisdom in packing, the airlines have imposed some pretty strict guidelines
* Travel safety for our team members that are joining us from out of town
* Our Ukrainian team as they gear up to host us for a week
* Mary Ellen Ragains as she escorts us from Kiev to Rovenki
* Travel safeties and all of the logistics that come from moving from point A to B to C to D to E (you get the picture)
* And then of course for family and friends as they stay behind and assume responsibilities in our absence.
Our theme for the week: The Armor of God, It's a Way of Life. Our prayer is that we will be shining examples of men and women who are clothed in His Armor.
On behalf of the team (Melody, Angela, Becky, Tim, Karen, Amy, Charity, Larry, Josh, Bill, Elodie and Carolynn)
THANK YOU FOR PRAYING
